Whistleblower cannot be charged with Espionage Act unless they can prove that whistleblower is selling the documents to foreign countries; however, all whistleblower will have fair trial and will not be prolonged detention or indefinite detention. Whistleblower won’t lose their rights to Due process or fair trial.
