THE WHITE HOUSE AND PRESIDENT SHOULD APPOINT A NEW SECRETARY AS "SECRETARY OF JOY" AND "THE DEPARTMENT OF JOY"

Today government is a loathed institution in America from both sides of the aisle and in between. I think, as an expert on public opinion change, that a Department of Joy, is elevating, could start out small, and have the goal of creating things that would bring Joy to children, adults, even pets. You may know this is an experiment in small nations - but imagine what a nation like the United States could do to just elate its citizens, or a large group, or region of our country. We do nothing to give joy to our people. That is one reason, of many, that people do not trust their governments, local, state, regional, or federal. -
