Create a United States America Community College with 5 community college campuses located within 5 states in U.S.A. The five states are Washington D.C., Texas, California, Ohio and Las Vegas. More technology, funding money and more teachers can then be applied for all colleges in America in future. My first petition link related to this one is http://wh.gov/l76oJ. In order for there to be a national, functional education, job creation and small businesses is to have a system in place that works. There will be new implemented technology that is a combined copy machine and desk into one in all classrooms and in all instructor offices. There will be an easy access to getting from college instructors copies of study guide tests, and copies of finished scantron tests and tests completed.
