Iraq Prime Minister Nouri al-Malik has been the number one obstacle to an inclusive, functional, nonsectarian government. Removal of this corrupt individual, or at least his absence would be essential to begin a reversal of the problems he has instituted in Iraq. al-Malik should be the first on the list for a visit by a drone.
