We the People, Who possess All of the Power -All of the Time within Our Great Nation, ask Our chief executive three simple questions:
1.) We understand that annual debt payments are being raised and paid by Americans against the ‘National Debt’. What is the explicit form of ‘individual’ written contract or legal instrument that Americans are entering into to be obligated to pay this debt?
2.) If an American Citizen, possessing all of His Constitutional Rights, signs and files an IRS 1040 ‘Individual’ Tax Form, are those Constitutional Rights harmed or impaired in any legal manner?
3.) On all IRS tax forms the general phrase appears: ‘Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service’. We ask you to disclose the explicit Name of the principal ‘Treasury’ that said tax forms refer to.
