As a "soon" to be homeless man with a family. I have asked my loan servicer Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Co. Several times for help staying in my home. Each time Wells Fargo Home Mortgage ask me to resubmit all of the documents again. (that I have already submitted) This process has been repetitive and since 2009. Within a matter of one additional month, (January 7, 2013) I will be forced to move out of my home, along with my children. I was unemployed, before, but currently, I have a job and an income, even so, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will not help.
I am a "honorably" discharge veteran (U.S. Army) and I have the ability to pay a mortgage. But Wells Fargo Home Mortgage only gives me the run arround. Which goverment agency enforces MAKING HOMES AFFORDABLE?
