Who wins when your employer deliberately covers up your injuries, as a cervical sprain and you actually suffered with (3) herniated discs in your back. One which was re-aggravated from another on the job injury 21 years earlier and covered up by that employer and you also have (4) protrusions in your neck from this attack / assault by this recent employer.
