Whoever Barack Obama selects as supreme court judges I we petition him to get voter approval first.

The American People have always had the opportunity to vote for local and state judge. Since Theodore Roosevelt started the fed the people are not allowed to choose federal judges only the executive. Since George Washington no one has had an opportunity to choose supreme court judges. That is not right. Not only is the government and our representatives here to serve the people of our country. All judges not just local and state but federal and supreme court judges are here to serve the people. Just like all other branches of government the people don't serve the judiciary system unless selected for jury duty. The judicial branch just like the exectuve and legislative is here to serve the peole not the other way around. RESTORE THE POWER BACK TO THE PEOPLE!
