States should be required to review child custody decisions on a yearly basis. The best interests of the child should be based upon the welfare and well being of the child, specifically the parent who can provide the most stable home and love and care for the child(ren). The child(ren) should be in an environment that's conducive to the most beneficial future for the child(ren). The child(ren) must be with the parent who can provide the most stability. There should be a clause where any order of Child Support requires a review of custody. There are Mothers out there who receive Child Support and will still prevent the Father from seeing the child.
