We the people ask the federal government to Tell us what the federal government is doing about an issue:

Why is America still at war in the Middle East? It has been 15 years & the need to be over there does not exist.

ISIS is not our problem, our military has been at war in the middle east since September 11, 2001...that is 14 years & 10 months. It seems that shortly before the time ISIS became a problem, President Obama was bringing troops home. Enter ISIS & this war once again has no end in sight.
I think the American People need to know a few things:
1. How much longer will America be at war?
2. Other than ISIS, what is America's purpose in the Middle East?
3. How many of our troops have died in this war thus far?
4. How much of our tax dollars is being used to wage this endless war?
5. Has peace talks begun?
6. Why does ISIS have to be America's problem?
