With the likely onset of sequestration, military commands have drastically cutback on everything to include consumable items. Unfortunately, the mission is still the mission and to complete that mission many military members are having to go out of pocket to purchase those consumables. Request congress and the white house be forced to hold the same standards, if your military members are having to purchase toner cartridges, paint, reams of paper then so should the people who are cutting our budget.
