Why are the tax payers paying for your kid to bully mine? End free education for kids that ruin the learning experience.

Tax money has been used too long for kids to go to public school to disrupt class, bully others, vandalize property, disrespect teachers, etc. By siging this petition, I believe kids and their teachers have a right to a mentally and physically sound educational experience. I believe at the school's discretion, unmanageable kids should be made to enroll in a school that specializes in disciplinary or military instruction, or homeschooled. I believe this will give all children of every background a fair, safe and effective education that would be tailored to each person's level of need. This measure would also increase tax payer and educational moral. It would also make an environment of less classroom disruption and take the pressure of parenting away from the teacher and back to the parent
