Recently Obama sent 400 million USD to help bring home four Americans stuck imprisoned by ISIS while knowing the money will be used to fight us and others near UAE. Shouldnt We The People now be asking about the benefits of that money to restore our homelands recent events natural and unnatural. Long story short after what had been tax money for home gain its now being used for thing we dont want We as Americans dont want and Im asking to stop tax payer money from going to uncharted territory and allow us We The People to choose where this money will end up. By this Im asking for a more lengthy process on spending tax dollars where the people see fit not by what a single man President or not see fits. Please stop spending money for evil and use it for the benefits of our land not ISIS land
