Dear President Obama,
We the people would like to know why you are using a tragic event to 'sell' the people on gun control when the majority of the people are against such measures when using real polling data (not a poll that liberal viewers on CNN respond to), or using real world examples such as Facebook group memberships.
You never campaigned on gun control because you knew it was unpopular, yet many democrats were working on gun control quietly for the last year.
Before you were president you were one of the most anti-gun senators in the US Senate. Then you did what was popular for political gain.
Also stats show gun control doesn't work. More people are murdered with hammers than rifles. So why are you pushing gun control? Not popular nor wise, so no gain, what is the reason?
