Why aren't we voting to impose Senate and House term limits? A simple and logical gridlock solution.

Created by K.C. on December 05, 2013

Senators and Representatives should only be allowed a maximum of three terms in office. If they weren't allowed to make a career out of their service in these roles, they'd be much more likely to act on their constituents behalf instead of their own. What do we have to do as American voters to get this issue discussed at the national level? Why have I never heard this discussed at all? At least with term limits in place, the partisan gridlock could only last for so long before new members would be voted in changing the majorities and minorities. And don't even tell me they couldn't accomplish much in three terms when most of them haven't accomplished anything despite having served for much longer.
