The situation at the Baylor University and the University of Minnesota football programs shows that many times police do not investigate rapes on college campuses. The colleges themselves end up taking weak belated action. The Federal Government needs to step in. There has been a lot of talk by the Obama Administration how they are championing this and yet these things occur and the Obama Administration does not talk about it or seem to care. It is like nothing really has changed. I want the Obama Administration to detail what they have done to stop these terrible things from happening and what they are planning to do in the future.
