Since many years USA is providing financial assistance to Pakistan which in my view Pakistan is mainly using for buying arms and ammunition and wage a proxy war in India. They are purely misusing the fund provided by you, instead of using the funds for development of it's people they are developing large chunk of nuclear weapons and are threatening neighbor countries. Now your country also now that they are using your fund carrying terrorist activity in there country and India has provided enough proof of terrorism on their land. The above matter is very sensitive for your foreign policy because we can't understand your stand on terrorism due to this policy.
