My name Yakov Kirshteyn. I was born with cerebral palsy. I'm USA citizen. I was marry 7 years ago and my wife has a part time job. Social Security Administration every month take my check from Social Security Income. I have to show SSA every month her gross income. We have to pay our rent + utility. Also, she need to spend money for car & gas.
I don't get any foodstamps. To my mind it's not right.
I need transportation too. Please, tell me what I have to do?
