Why gun control shouldn't be?

Gun control isnt fair the good always suffer for the bad. Gun control should be thrown out because in the bill of rights it tells us that we HAVE the write to BEAR ARMS and we should GET that because its in the bill of rights. I understand sticter backgroud check but really we should be able to use any type of weapon, whether its for hunting, defending, just shooting at a gun range! The goverment sould be able to stop that so agree to this petiton
