J-1 visas programs should be encourage to continue working and receive more administration help from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural student exchange, State Department should help those programs to accomplish their task of a better understanding and frienship among the peolple of the US and foreign countries, during the process of the J-1 Cultural visa at Embassys and Consulates around the world. and not closing or denied designation to programs for minor problems all related to the bad economy and not related to problems in the administration. such us the Youth Exchange Service P-3-04694, our designation was denied because we did not have the minimum of 5 students, according by the regulations, but the regulations did not mention anything during bad times in our economy.
