Why is North Carolina still in the Union ?

North Carolina has recently made a law about transgenders and restricting the bathrooms they may enter. Not only that but this bill also has hidden laws in it. Such as if you own a business you may deny the service you provide to persons of opposite beliefs and opinions. Even though the Constitutions states all men are created equal and should be treated so, this bill has been passed under the radar and the supreme court should be notified. This is not to mention the main issue that is the bathroom issue. Stating that if you were born a women but identify as a man you have to go into the bathroom that corresponds to the gender you were born as. So if a women who looks and sounds and acts like a man has to go into a women bathroom and scare possibly the women that are in there.
