Why not investigate by USA the Surgical strike against Pakistan and send international team to investigate in KASHMIR

My petition is &have an important role like that USA+UN have to solve this matter ASAP because of innocent lives in Kashmir let the people have referendum,why the petition is not for Kashmir instead we talk about now terrorism Kashmir unrest was started by india not by Pakistan yet many Indian spies have been caught at PAK land why there is no int'l team to investigate the Kashmir&'s bloodbath why there is no investigation against surgical strike occurred from India to Pakistan,why USA trusted PAK for almost decade as trusted partner,why PAK have operation against all militants,why threatened by India to PAK about INDUS WATER DEAL
There is so much wrath in news channels they must play good role
Must be focused at Kashmir no blame games
Its not about lose or win its all about Kashmir
