I am Isabella aged 38 yrs having 6 yrs old son residing in India. In 2010 my Husband escaped to US without my knowledge. We are NOT dovirced yet. We filed a Interpol petition here in Chennai High Court India saying that "There is a case pending against him and pls arrest and bring him to India". But now Interpol has given a report saying that my husband got second marriage one year back itself and they cannot arrest him. Being here in India, I couldn't come there and find out him. I not even Know his current address.
Pls do the needful by cancelling his second marriage which illegal and send him back to India.
