At will employement contract between employer and employee should be revised. This contract is not fair to employee becuase there are always bad employers or bosses. When an employee resigns, an employer can always find a replacement with lesser cost. But when an employer terminate an employee for any reason such as personallity conflict, it is devasting ecomically to the employee and his/her family. There are many inconsiderate employers and bosses with dictatorial mentally. This is one of the reasons why we need Labor Union. There should be a criteria before an employer can terminate an employee.
The "at will employment contract" is always abused in my current employment. Employees get terminated for no valid reasons.
