The 'at will' employment law is being abused by many employers!
Firing Americans for 'no cause' is not right!
The law is unfair and gives an employer an upper hand.
Please review the law and make it harder to impossible to fire/layoff an employee. In the state of America with such a high unemployment we cannot afford to tolerate such an abuse and disrespect from employers firing people right and left without considering other, more humane and reasonable options first.
