The At Will Law removes Amendment Six Bill of Rights. It allows Social Service Employers to hide.

This petition is important because employers can hide behind the AT Will Law, allows employers to not follow employment laws, and discrimination laws. Once a person is fired or At Willed, there is no lawyer because you are already fired. The At Will Law circumvents the Contentious Employment Act (CEPA), discrimination and employment laws. If one is poor there is no lawyer. The legal aid office only handles basic needs; they do not make assessment for civil cases. Lastly, The At Will Law allows the Department of Labor to not give Title One resources to the public stopping the public to obtain access to the court system. The removal of the At Will Law forces accountability by employers and court staff, and removes the false rigging that equal employment opportunity exists.
