Recent protests have broken out after the result of the 2016 Presidential Election. While protests are an important part of democracy, these protests are specifically speaking out against democracy, the very backbone of this country. By not denouncing these protests, our democracy is being undermined. President Obama must speak to those protesting and denounce these actions.
