The acts that the government of Bangladesh is doing could be compared with crimes against humanity and severe human rights violations of ICCPR . Under article 3 of ICTR, article 5 of ICTY,article 7 of ICC (customary int law) the government of Bangladesh has committed crimes against humanity “as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack”: a) Murder b) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law; c)Torture d) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political religious grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, e) Enforced disappearance of persons;f) Other inhumane acts of a similar character
