WIll your Administration reschedule cannabis so we can work through the CSA instead of around it?

Created by J.L. on September 26, 2011

Currently medical cannabis is "recommended" instead of Prescribed, and is administered in "dispensaries" instead of pharmacies. The only exception is the few patients enrolled in the Federal medical canabis program.
This medical cannabis "path" was carved out over 20 years in an effort to work around prohibitions in the CSA (Controlled Substances Act). If the US Attorney would simply reschedule cannabis, We could work through the existing guidelines in the CSA instead of trying to work around it. The current path has brought widespread problems for patients, Law Enforcement, State- Federal relationships, and millions of Americans every year. Currently, 16 states have medical cannabis permissions in the law that are in conflict with the Federal scheduling of cannabis.
