Plan to return The area surrounding the confluent Of The Mighty Columbia River and The Willamette River back to pre European Conditions. Relocate all people and buildings and asphalt. Relocate all people to California that Lives in the Boundary From Mtn. Hood in the East, to Washington County Line , From The Columbia River in the North to Willamette River in the South of Wilsonville. This land is to be returned to the indigenous people of the area. Historical burial site returned to pre European conditions. All private land rights to be taken form all land holders.
