wind down, take apart, re-capitalize under new banking rules, all the 'too big to fail" banks

Created by P.S. on October 27, 2011

the "too big to fail banks" are ruining our economy....they transfered their bad debts to the united states governments books, via the fed......THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.....these banks need to be broken up, taken apart, upper management fired, (and put on trial for fraud)....all shareholders and bond holders to TAKE THEIR LOSSES....banks to be recapitalized, and operate under proper banking rules....all derivatives should be legislated NULL AND VOID..(no more CDO's etc).....all loans are to be examined from the loanee end, not the bank end....(mostly mortgages)....principles are to be reduced to market value...interest rates lowered to current low rate, 30 year fixed....the 1% ran the economy into the ground....only by letting the banks fail, and starting over, can we get out of this mess....
