The United States is in a dire energy crisis. The use of small wind turbines in public places would greatly help the electrical energy crisis by producing electricity. I propose the Savonius wind turbines, because they work no matter which way the wind is coming from. If we can reduce the kilo hours of electricity produced by fossil fuels.
