I believe it would give the people a lunge forward to be able to wipe all their debt clean. Everything from credit cards to student loans. Not bankruptcy but something with no fault or hurting your credit score something to give the people a second chance. It would help people build savings and help jump start some peoples lives to actually be able to save money!
