Wipe our all voter registrations and start over requiring a state issued ID card to register.

Now that the national elections are over we need to start over. There are too many deceased people, people who have moved to other states, towns, etc. remaining registered to vote. To help stop some voter fraud, let's start over. Each area needs to throw away all voter registration and have each citizen who wishes to vote reregister and bring a state issued ID card (no test required to obtain one). This way the deceased people will not be voting and unethical people can't ask for an absentee ballot and also vote locally. Also, only allow those with a permanent address to register to vote. Dormitories on college campuses should not be considered a lawful address for registering to vote.
