Withcraft, Hexes, Curses, Vexes Vodoo practices used to harm others should be consider a hate crime, and treated as such

My name is Jennifer L. Williams, I live in los angeles, california, and for the past 10 years or more a recent individual that I just found out is practicing witchcraft on me and my daughter. I believe it is witchcraft and vodoo, some of the things I have experienced, is evil and demonic, hitting me in the head, that feels like someone is trying to shoot me in the back of my head or on the side of my head. Also the person harasses me about my personal business, sexual orientation, sexual relationship,relationships with other people, etc. She even harasses me about my children, job, where I work, family, and my church. And I believe she is trying to kill me using withcraft or vodoo. I met her because she use to be my neighbor at my previous address. And I believe there is others involved
