Simply put.....Remove all military presence from other nations and bring all military personnel back to America.
The recalled soldiers can & will do a variety of much needed jobs here. From airport security (no more TSA), disaster relief (look at the Hurricane Sandy fiasco), border security, anti-gang/anti-drug/anti-violence patrols.
All state level national guard groups can be sent home (back to normal life) unless they are needed specifically for a mission here.
Other countries can & will work out their own problems. America does not need to be the world police, nor do we need to instill our values upon every other nation on Earth. We represent 5% of the Earth's population, yet we want everyone else to act like us.
Bring them home!
