withdraw all U.S military bases throughout the world in countries where they are not somehow serving them or the U.S

Running a military base can be quite an expensive task and considering most of our military bases abroad aren't serving critical, essential or other needs of the countries they're stationed in, they should be taken down and brought home or send the soldiers and the equipment from the bases to somewhere they can do good. This can save our government quite a bit of money over time.
