The goal of this petition is the immediate withdrawal of all United States military forces from the Korean Peninsula and surrounding waters. We recognise that the US has no constitutional authority to dictate relations between two foreign states. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and the Republic of Korea (South Korea) must be permitted to engage in peaceful negotiations without US interference and military hostility. Ultimately, it is the goal of this action that the two states can negotiate a reunification of Korea.
