Withdraw any and all benefits received by State and Federal government representatives that do not apply to U.S. Citizen

State and government representatives shall not be able to enact any legislation, laws, contracts or any such of that is apparent to benefit themselves; and any such that is already in place shall be repealed. As members of the State and Federal representation, they shall be held to a standard of those who have been chosen in the past to uphold the voice of "We the People" and not grant themselves care, benefits, or any such similarity of that thereof, that does not fully apply to a citizen of the United States.
