Withdraw eastern Washington and eastern Oregon to form their own state.

On behalf of the residents of eastern Washington and eastern Oregon, we would like to have independence from the western sides of the states to form a new state. Past petitions have proposed that the new state be called Lincoln or Columbia. Many feel frustrated by the dominance that Seattle and Portland have over the eastern sides of both states. We are tired of being ignored on major issues and request freedom from the western sides.
