Mohammed Morsi persecutes Christians. Nabil Rizk, 10, and Mina Farag, 9, were arrested in October for drawings labeled “defamatory” to Islam. Last December, Alber Saber was sentenced to 3 years for insulting Islam. On January 16, an entire family was sentenced to 15 years for converting to Christianity. However, beginning January 22, the U.S. plans to give Egypt 20 F-16 jets paid for with U.S. taxpayer money.
Gifting oppressive regimes with expensive, sophisticated killing machines is absolutely unacceptable! We humbly request yet sincerely implore you not only to revoke this gift but also to withhold all foreign aid to Egypt, imposing sanctions and tariffs until these Christians are released. We must stand in solidarity with the oppressed and never the oppressor.
