WITHDRAW ITS INVITATION TO PRESIDENT BIYA OF CAMEROON TO ATTEND THE US-AFRICAN LEADERS SUMMIT IN AUGUST 2014

Created by B.M. on May 05, 2014

In accordance with our convictions, with the people of Cameroon, Cameroon Diaspora, and friends of Cameroon who constantly lit growing howls of outrage at President Biya through civil societies and political activists denouncing Biya endless stronghold on power, the arbitrary judicial system, the targeted killings of anyone who dares to demand public accountability of government officials, we the people of Cameroon plead with President Obama to revoke your invitation to Biya.
"We have a responsibility to support those who act responsibly and to isolate those who don't”. This was your statement in Ghana in 2009. Stand by your words. Keep Biya in isolation. Being invited by the most powerful President of the world, will tighten his dictatorship and abuse of power. STOP THE CHARADE.
