Withdraw planned military strikes on Syria and disregard all further altercations within the Middle East.

Created by M.J. on September 01, 2013

It's simple really - the citizens of the United States of America do not agree with any type of intervention in the Middle East. We are war-weary, and any type of military action, even ones that are considered by President Obama as "limited", will cost us in some way. In addition, even if we are successful at weakening the Assad Regime, extremist groups such as al-Qaeda are already struggling for power. The United States will not benefit in any way. It would be in the best interest of the country if we keep out of any and all problems in Syria and the Middle East, and work on the issues within our own backyard.
