TTP further enforces previous Trade agreements that dictate that all member nation's & their corporations must be given equal access to public & private spending. To enforce this, it expands the powers of member nations & corporations to overturn any law of any member nation by simply demonstrating that the law might restrict "expected future profits" per the ISDS (Investor-State Dispute Settlement) evaluated by a tribunal process, which is outside of the review and appeal process of any nation's court system. When a government loses a case, its taxpayers must pay the corporation for it alleged "loss". To comply with a tribunal's ruling, a losing government is expected to rewrite or eliminate its law. TTP further removes safe guards protecting a nation’s right to protect it’s own people.
