Withdraw from the United Nations and expel the organization from American soil

The United Nations is an ineffective organization that relies on the U.S. to provide the bulk of the forces, equipment and funding to carry out their peace keeping missions which often end in unstable conditions in the regions once the U.N. forces withdraw. Quite frequently, it is the American people that are "left holding the bag" and the last to withdraw and continue to provide funding for years after a police action concludes. Decades later and the Korean conflict still is not at an end. The American people should no longer be subjected to membership in an organization where an overwhelming number of American service personnel are coming home in body bags or permanently disfigured or emotionally scarred. The money wasted on U.N. affairs would be better used for the American people.
