Withdraw the USA from membership in the UN

Require the Unites States of America to withdraw from membership in the United Nations.
The UN has become a drain on our resources and does not serve the interests of the USA. The UN wastes money through support of totalitarian regimes, and continues to try to breach our sovereignty. The UN requires the US to provide more funding than other member nations. We get no benefit from being a member.
Withdraw our membership, cut off all monetary and non-monetary support to the UN and it's facilities.
Revoke all diplomatic status for UN delegates and their staffs.
Require the UN to pay taxes to the city and state of New York as long as it continues to be located in the city and state of New York.
Expel those delegates and staff members who have become scofflaws.
