Withdraw vast amounts of troops from over seas Use the finances saved and these troops to rebuild homes/cities in the US

I want the United States Defense (the largest expense our country has EVERY SINGLE YEAR) to cut back on the amounts of troops overseas. I then want the veterans who spend time overseas to be able to be home with their families and have them work on rebuilding neighborhoods and other areas of the USA that need it. The amount of money we would save by not support troops overseas will allow use a bit of financial backing to rebuild our fragile, decimated country.
