As Texas conservatives and Republicans are worried that the US military is about to stage a military takeover of the state of Texas we propose that the White House order the closing of all US military installations in Texas and the withdrawal of all US military forces from Texas. This, of course, would mean that Texas would lose the several trillion dollars that gets injected yearly into their economy and the loss of all jobs associated with the presence of the US military in Texas.
