Several States have petitioned to be allowed to peacefully withdrawl from the United States and create their own new government. To aid these States in making this fateful decision we should withdrawl all federal funding, assistance, grants, and federal protection from these states for the next year so this can have a real life experience of living outside the greatest government in the world, the United States.
After this one year period if these States still want out, then kick em down the road.
