Force Congress to do their job. Withhold 50% of their salary and do not allow for any salary raises until they enact a resolution to solve our national debt problem. If by the end of a representative's term, the national debt problem is still unresolved, the 50% that was withheld will go towards paying down the debt as a symbolic gesture.
